The Declaration

We all deserve energy — to light our homes, power our dreams, and create a better future. For the first time in history, we can achieve this goal with ethically just and homegrown renewable energy.

Remarkably, 92% of the world’s population has the potential to meet more than ten times their energy demand with renewables. In many cases, renewable energy solutions are already cheaper, faster to deploy, and fully capable of meeting demand.

At the same time, governments face a choice as they end reliance on certain fossil fuel suppliers: build a secure and affordable renewable energy system for everyone, or waste time rewiring dependency from one fossil gas supplier to another.
